Semester 1 exams will take place from Friday, January 23rd to Thursday, January 29th. See below for further information about schedules, exam room expectations, attendance and cancellations.
All students must be in the exam room by 8:10 AM and remain there until at least 9:30 AM
- Coat and backpack remain at the front of the exam room. Not in the student’s locker.
- Students can leave at 9:30 AM and in 15 minute intervals afterwards.
- Students CANNOT go to their locker until 10:30 AM, when exams are over.
- Remember to return textbooks to teachers on day of exam.
- No talking during exams.
- Remain at your desk until the exam is FULLY completed.
- Absences other than those properly documented, will result in an exam mark of ‘0’.
- If you miss an exam for a legitimate reason, a parent or guardian must call the school immediately 705-887-2018 The school will required formal medical or legal documentation.
- If you will be late to an exam, contact the office, 705-887-2018, immediately and report to the office when you arrive.
- If you arrive after the end of a scheduled exam without notifying the school you will receive a mark of ‘0’.
- If there is a weather day and busses are cancelled, final exams for that day will be held on the next school day and each of the following days of exams will be moved one day later.
