SEAC – Learning about the IEP Experience

posted in: Latest News | 0
The TLDSB Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is interested in learning about parent/guardian experiences with Individual Education Plans (IEP).
Ontario school boards are required to have a Special Education Advisory Committee. The SEAC makes recommendations to the school board to ensure they establish, develop, and deliver special education programming and services to any student who needs them.
Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions. The survey is to be completed by the child’s primary caregiver. If you have more than one child with an IEP currently enrolled in a TLDSB school, answer a separate survey for each child.
Please note that your name, your child’s name, and all responses are anonymous. All results will be compiled and provided to the SEAC with no identifiable information.
