Lots of activities planned for Mental Health Week: speakers; fitness & sports; self-reflection activity; CMHA “Mind Your Mind” Anti-Stigma presentation; therapy dog visits; barbecue; Youth Fair; lunchtime movie; art mural creation; Stress Management presentation, and more.

Student Services workers and guidance are always available if you need someone to talk to. Many staff members have mental health training too so please speak to any adult if you have any concerns and we will assist in finding the appropriate supports. We’re here for you!
